This is a film about the people of Donbass, about the militias, about those who took up arms in the summer of 2014, about their wives and children... In a word, about ordinary Russian people inside a war that is scary to think about, already ten years old, but so far, it seems, we have not seriously comprehended. The main character is Alexey Mozgovoy, commander of the famous "Ghost" brigade, one of the most successful and combat-ready units at the beginning of the war. He began negotiations with the field commanders of the Ukrainian Armed Forces about peace via teleconferences, and the dialogue began. But today we understand what forces were involved to keep this war burning. After the fourth assassination attempt, Alexey died. They must remain in time, the most complete, full-color portraits of living people on the line of confrontation, where the greatest tragedy of our people continues today.
