Plot synopsis

Katya and her mother have an unusual relationship. Her father's departure from the family has become a test for them, Katya is a difficult teenager who steals cigarettes, her mother is a lost woman who has completely stopped talking. On New Year's Eve, Katya decides to end her mother's suffering by dragging her out of the house.
