The dramatic story of Nadia, who, having made a mistake in her youth (she killed her unfaithful fiancé), tries to correct her errors and rebuild a normal life. Having served her sentence, Nadia sets out to find her daughter, whom she gave birth to in prison, with the help of her friend Andrei. Nadia's subconscious and the strength of her maternal love create in her imagination a separate world through which the heroine now lives.
