On returning to her hometown of Yegoryevsk, Masha meets Pasha, her schoolmate. A connection sparks between them, one that they carry with them through the years, across distances and through life’s changes. Fate brings them together time and again following a shared loss, whilst their feelings are tested by time, distance and other relationships.
