Azat Bayramov, in the recent past a hard worker and family man, a responsible port employee, an intelligent and charming man, starts drinking. Alcohol, like a lancer (the name of the deadly wind blowing in the Issyk-Kul region), takes everything from him - his favorite job, people's respect, health, children and wife. His elderly parents are the last to leave Azat's once hospitable home. In a state of fumes, he commits a crime.
