A TV fairy tale.
The Genie of Waters, the Genie of the Forest, the Mermaid, the Genie of the Hearth, the Protector of the Crops, and the Gnome's fiancée who came from nowhere, gathered around the same table, probably to celebrate the New Year. The dialogues are abruptly interrupted by songs and dances performed by popular artists of the time.
The film featured well-known actors and artists of the Leningrad music hall, Georgian singer Irma Sokhadze, the Polish ensemble "Guitars of Chervony", the ice ballet, comedian V. Chistyakov and many others.
