Plot synopsis
Adventure film in three episodes (“The Dagger”, “The Bronze Bird”, “The Last Summer of Childhood”)

Part One. Civil War in Russia. Misha Polyakov, a Moscow schoolboy, comes to visit his grandparents who live in Revsk. An old dagger that belonged to an officer of the battleship “Empress Maria” falls into his hands. The dagger conceals a secret, because it is desperately sought after by the former officer turned gang leader, Valery Nikitsky. Misha and Polevoi, commander of the Red Army, do everything they can to keep the dagger.

Part Two. A year later. Misha and his friends Genka and Slava follow the trail of a certain Grand Duke whom Polevoi feared. They meet the vagabond child Micha Korovin who helps them spy on the Grand Duke and his mysterious companion and finds the dagger sheath. .

Part three. Micha and Genka let their art teacher, Boris Romanenko, in on the secret, who manages to decipher the signs on the dagger and the sheath. The aim is to find a clock containing treasures. Micha, Genka and Polevoi deliver the last battle to the bandits...
