The film tells the story of a young blind man who ends up in prison for a crime he did not commit, helping an elderly police inspector to open his eyes to his own life.
The subject of the film is based on the dialogue between two men: a young man who ends up in prison instead of at the marriage office and a police inspector on the eve of retirement. Their mutual antipathy will gradually disappear and the interrogations will turn into confessions. After much effort the policeman manages to solve the mystery of a crime committed many years before. The film tells the story of how the destinies of three lonely men will intertwine: the young blind man, the police inspector and a successful businessman. He is the only one of the three who cannot overcome the loss of the woman he loved.
