Plot synopsis
Stanislav Kuchinski considers himself the last peasant of his kind. His fate reflects the tragic fate of the Russian countryside. But at almost 80 years old he continues to valiantly plow his land and that of the people with his tractor, composes verses, discusses the Higgs boson and the organization of the Universe.
