After Kostya, an eleven-year-old schoolboy from Perm, who is passionate about archaeology, finds a box with a map that belonged to the Stroganovs during an excavation, a real hunt for the legendary treasure of Yermak begins. The boy sets out to find the treasure with Masha, who has run away from home. The children show miracles of inventiveness and step by step approach the treasure.
