Biography
IVAN VETOSHKIN was born and raised in Moscow. He played football for 11 years, served in the army, and studied at the Institute of Journalism and Literary Creativity. In 2024, he graduated from the Moscow School of New Cinema, where he studied in the workshop of cameraman Alexei Rodionov. In the same year, he was among the 10 finalists of the short film competition from the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater, organized for students and graduates of film schools. "Uncle/Otsyanyaze" is his graduation film, shot without a team and with a symbolic budget. Plans include shooting a full-length feature debut in Mordovia.
