Maxim Moshkov was born in Moscow. Graduated from the Department of Engineering Business and Management at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University and the Department of Directing at the HSE Institute of Film. His credits include the shorts "Three Cups for Love" and "Wrath and Mercy".
