In 2000, he graduated from VGIK, the cinematography department (workshop of L.I. Kalashnikov).
In 2002, he made his debut with the film "Tear Off and Throw" directed by Zh. Sokolov (Mosfilm film concern), which received the 1st St. Anna prize.
In 2003, he shot the short film "The Well" (Svet studio, producer S. Zhigunov).
In 2001-2003, he was the director of photography for the television series: "Three Against All" directed by R. Kubaev (RTR), "Why Do You Need an Alibi" directed by R. Kubaev (Ren-TV), "Good Luck, Detective" directed by A. Bashirov (Mediacom film company).
In 2004, he became the director of photography for Alexander Veledinsky's film "Russian" (Cinemafor, Trial-Block Firm, with the participation of Pygmalion Production, with the support of the Federal Agency for Culture and Cinematography of the Russian Federation, producers M. Lagashkin, A. Robak, A. Alyakin).
Also in 2004 he was the director of photography for the film Antisdvig directed by G. Taidze (GK, producer V. Kilburg).
In 2005 he shot the film Alive directed by Alexander Veledinsky (Pygmalion Production, KVID, producer Sergey Chliyants, co-producer Vadim Goryainov).
Member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia since 2007.
