Dmitry Davydov directed, wrote and produced the film ‘Focus’, in which he talks about himself.
Young director Dmitry Davydov was born and raised in the small village of Amga in remote Yakutia. After graduating from the pedagogical institute, he came to teach at school, and at the same time began making films, using a garage instead of a film studio. Davydov's films were successfully presented at Russian and international film festivals. The master continues to create in his native northern lands, and the heroes of his films are local residents. Viewers will be able to look behind the scenes and see how Davydov's films are born, what path each of them takes from the idea to the premiere screening.
