In 1954 he graduated from the Moscow Art Theatre School-Studio (course of S.K. Blinnikov and G.A. Gerasimov).
From 1954 to 1973 - actor of Moscow theaters (Central Children's, Mayakovsky Theater (since 1960), Mossovet (since 1962)
From 1974 to 1995 - actor and director of the Moscow Film Actor's Theater-Studio.
He is known as the author and performer of songs, including for films, a master of dubbing cartoons.
He worked a lot on the stage, television and radio.
He repeatedly participated in "Blue Lights", popular children's programs.
He is buried in the Aksinyinskoye Cemetery near Moscow.
