Plot synopsis
The film is about the contribution of the indigenous Yamal people to the victory in the Great Patriotic War, about the hardships they got through with the country. The action takes place during the wartime in the Shuryshkar district, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and is based on real events. A family of the Khartaganovs in the 30-40-es of the last century brought up seven children of different ages and nationalities, who were left without parents.
