Plot synopsis
200 years ago, the Russian poet Mikhail Lermontov was born. A young man with wide eyes: his portrait is known to everyone since school. Lermontov wrote poems, fought wars, fell in love and was killed in a duel. At 27, a very short life. But what do we know about the real Lermontov? This biographical film, both documentary and fiction, tells in detail the life of an unusual man and a great poet.
