On December 27, 2019, the Montenegrin parliament passed a law on the nationalization of the entire patrimony of the Serbian Orthodox Church. Hundreds of thousands of people in Montenegro held a mass prayer led by Metropolitan Amfilochius (Radovic). The Metropolitan and his people had built and restored 700 churches and monasteries during his ministry. Through the life of Metropolitan Amfilochius we want to show the suffering of the Serbian land, the monastic life in Montenegro. The people's pastor dies suddenly from coronavirus. But his prayers were heard. On the fortieth day after his death the government changes and makes amendments to the draft law on the Church. So there will be no schism.
