The action of the film takes place on two levels. Scenes showing the disturbing and agitated daily life of the border, where the young hero of the film Ata serves, alongside less tragic, but rather disturbing scenes from the life of the young beauty Leyli, the hero's fiancée, who has remained faithful to him, despite the fact that a very bright young man was introduced to her.
