A film about an expedition that set off from Irkutsk to observe a total solar eclipse in Chile. The expedition visited Cuba, Peru and Bolivia, visited the unique complex of the ancient Inca empire of Machu Picchu, toured the Moon Valley nature reserve, appreciated the beauty of the high-mountainous Lake Titicaca, and admired the panorama of the high-mountain observatory Serra Tololo. The culmination of the expedition was a total solar eclipse over the Chilean mountains. The full dome will allow you to feel the scale of this rare astronomical phenomenon.
