Plot synopsis
Spartak Kotlyarevsky was a Russian pilot who bombed Berlin in August 1941. But instead of the Hero Star, he received a prison sentence. And now Spartacus, like his namesake, the Roman gladiator, two thousand years ago, has only one option left - rebellion. Kotlyarevsky organizes the largest prisoner riot in the entire history of the Soviet regime. In defiance of fate, Spartak breaks free to return to his beloved...
