Plot synopsis

The series “Kremlin-9” is a story about the unknown side of famous events. The title of the series is telling: the “nine” is the former 9th Directorate of the KGB of the USSR, which ensured the safety and security of senior state officials. All films ("Operation Valley", "Special Purpose Garage", "The Last Day of Stalin") are based on authentic archival documents of the special services, as well as film, video and photographic materials. Reconstruction of events was carried out. Each film features characters as witnesses to the events described (except for those cases where there are no eyewitnesses alive).
