In the land of volcanoes and snowy mountains is located the oldest and largest kennel of northern sled dogs in the Kamchatka Territory - “Snow Dogs”. This is the brainchild of the friendly family of the famous Kamchatka mushers Andrei and Anastasia Semashkin and their nine children. There are 120 northern sled dogs living in the kennel. The close-knit team has been participating and winning in the world's longest sled dog race, Beringia, for more than ten years.
