Phil is a professional footballer who, due to an injury, has to return to teaching. But even there, things don't go smoothly: Phil is expelled from school for his teaching methods, deemed too radical. In order to raise the money needed for his operation and return to top-level football, the hero has to make ends meet by giving private lessons. But an absurd twist of fate changes everything: Makar, the 13-year-old son of Lemur, a crime boss, falls into his hands. Phil must now not only educate this little sociopath who dreams of a career in the mafia, but also help Dasha, the district police commissioner's daughter, get into the Moscow University of International Relations despite her father's opposition. Phil is forced to learn how to become an adult by raising a difficult teenager and for the first time he really takes risks for others, giving up his philosophy of being a confirmed slacker.
