One evening at the film school, two strangers find themselves brought together in a dark lecture theatre: Olga, a lecturer giving a talk on the French ‘New Wave’, and Oleg, an electrician who is fixing a blown fuse. Their chance conversation quickly escalates into a debate about freedom and restrictions.
