Igor, a Moscow doctor, arrives in a small provincial town to install a cabinet.
At first, he was bored by the capital and his friends. Especially since he has no patients. Igor decides to return to Moscow, but knowledge among the inhabitants of the region, and especially the birth of a feeling between him and Aliena, the nurse, forced him to change his initial decision.
