Plot synopsis
A white-headed, blind old man of weak constitution but with a stentorian voice and a strong character, by the name of Robert Belov, openly hates any power. On the other hand, he loves poetry and all people who have a connection with poetry. He loves the Perm region where the power, without going into detail, has relegated poets and murderers. He writes about these people a book full of salty anecdotes and which is entitled "Permchtchina". The author of this "Permchtchina" not yet published makes us see the landscapes and events differently and writes a lively and unusual guide to the Kama Region.
