A white-headed, blind old man of weak constitution but with a stentorian voice and a strong character, by the name of Robert Belov, openly hates any power. On the other hand, he loves poetry and all people who have a connection with poetry. He loves the Perm region where the power, without going into detail, has relegated poets and murderers.
