The film consists of six parts-events in various cities of Russia (Moscow, Tutaev, Yaroslavl, Lipetsk, Tolyatti).
Demonstrations organized by independent trade unions and in which young people participate are shown.
These are the first, still timid, attempts of people to assert their rights.
