SPARTA is the Agricultural Poetic Association for the Development of Work and Action. This is the name of a commune that has been interested in developing the theory of happiness in a kolkhoz near Kharkov for 20 years now. Not having accepted the failure of the communist utopia, the "Spartans" created their own environment. But life does not follow the law of utopia.
