Iasusaburo Sibano, a respectable Japanese businessman, 80 years old and a millionaire, has taken a liking to the USSR and the Russians, and an interest in Russian culture. He has built the Soviet-Japanese Friendship House in the city of Sapporo with his own funds. Right-wingers are actively protesting against friendship with the USSR in general, and against this Friendship House in particular. The police must protect the House.
