The film tells the story of an evening that took place on January 2, 2020 in the suburbs of Nizhny Tagil after the closure of the "Narod-naya" space. The camera follows the underground artists, takes "the road of the marginalized" and tries to understand why artists prefer to isolate themselves by limiting their relations not only with artistic institutions but with all the people who do not belong to their small artistic communities. At the evening Ksyusha Korchunikova repeats the words of an old painter: "We must do something here in Nizhny Tagil" otherwise ..."
